The Feldenkrais Method - often referred to simply as "Feldenkrais" - is a somatic educational system designed by Moshé Feldenkrais (1904–1984). Feldenkrais aims to reduce pain or limitations in movement, to improve physical function, and to promote general wellbeing by increasing students' awareness of themselves and by expanding students' movement repertoire. Feldenkrais can be practiced in Awareness Through Movement (ATM) classes and in Functional Integration sessions.
Iyengar-inspired Yoga, named after and developed by B. K. S. Iyengar, is a form of Hatha Yoga that has an emphasis on detail and precision in the performance of posture (asana) and breath control (pranayama). Through the practice of a system of asanas, it aims to unite the body, mind and spirit for health and well-being.
